Message from CEO
Twenty years of delivering the most complex mandates for financial institutions taught me one thing: the gap between what an investment thesis promises and what the technology and business can actually deliver is where value is lost.

The gap opens at due diligence and widens throughout the hold period. Technology risk is assessed narrowly. Data foundations are assumed rather than verified. Governance is treated as a post-acquisition workstream. By the time the gap between the investment thesis and operational reality becomes visible, value has already eroded.

Ingenie was built to surface that gap early, track it continuously and give both the GP and the portfolio company leadership team the same picture, so that investment decisions are made on intelligence, not assumptions.

Our platform works at two levels simultaneously: for the private equity firm's investment managers and for the portfolio company's leadership team.
